InCrowd Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Sales & Customer Service

BOSTON, MA February 27, 2017 – InCrowd, a provider of real-time market intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare firms, announced that its InCrowd MicroTracker market insights solution won a silver Stevie® Award as an innovative new marketing solution in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

InCrowd MicroTracker is the first automated approach to life science tracking studies, often called Awareness, Trial and Usage (ATU) studies, where brand perceptions by healthcare prescribers and consumers are longitudinally assessed and monitored over time. Built on InCrowd’s micro research platform, MicroTracker brings efficiencies from automated sampling, data integration, and visualization – technology often found in other sectors – for the first time to life sciences market research. It allows researchers to respond faster to dynamic markets and deliver results with speed, ease, and flexibility. By streamlining the traditional process for tracking studies, MicroTracker has cut tracking study time by at least 75%. Now, researchers can set up year-long tracking agendas in minutes can and spend more time on what matters, while delivering time-savings and competitive advantages.

“We’re thrilled at the recognition that winning a Stevie award represents from among so many top-caliber marketing solutions in a variety of industries,” said Janet Kosloff, CEO and co-founder, InCrowd. “InCrowd’s MicroTracker is a powerful combination of abstract automation and concrete domain knowledge specific to healthcare market research. The results it delivers are more than simply saving – ultimately we’re helping our industry to speed the delivery of much needed new treatments to market.”
