Matthew Polletta, formerly of IBM Watson Health, Brings Two Decades of Expertise at Applying Healthcare Analytics to Help InCrowd Capture Market Demand
BOSTON, MA December 16, 2016—InCrowd, a provider of real-time market intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare firms, has appointed a new executive vice president of sales to propel its expansion at a time when the life science industry is adopting new technology at record levels to speed time to business insights.
Matthew Polletta brings two decades of leadership roles in guiding revenue growth for highly successful, fast-growing companies in healthcare, healthcare analytics, and media. Most recently, under IBM Watson Health, via its Truven Health Analytics unit, Matthew directed sales across the full portfolio of stakeholder management solutions, including market analytics, strategic consulting, economic modeling, and market access solutions. Prior to that he led several sales management units at Heartbeat Experts since 2003, guiding teams in expanding strategic accounts in medical device, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, while becoming the highest-producing sales executive in company history. Earlier Matthew also held consulting sales roles at Medtronic and the DoubleClick by Google unit via its KlipMart acquisition.
