Perspectives of Frontline Physicians on Plans to Reopen US States

As states across the US consider lifting the shelter-in-place restrictions aimed at slowing the spread of COVID-19, InCrowd wanted to understand perspectives of frontline-treating physicians regarding plans to reopen the country, including scaling back social distancing, opening-up businesses, and managing future outbreaks.

Methodology:

  • Method: 6-minute MicroSurvey via InCrowd
  • Crowds: Emergency Medicine or Critical Care Physicians (EMCCs), Hospitalists, Pulmonologists from 25 states reopened or in the process of reopening
  • Sample Size: n=250 (180 EMCCS, 60 Hospitalists, 10 Pulms)
  • Fielding Period: May 11th – 13th, 2020
