Business Development Associate (Boston or Remote)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for the development and scheduling of client appointments in support of our InCrowd life sciences research projects. Additional responsibilities will focus on creating leads for InCrowd’s core product offerings. Your success will be the first step in helping drive the company’s achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter who can recognize where sales opportunities exist and who will take the initiative to implement company growth.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients/prospects to identify appropriate contacts
  • Manage daily activities through our customer relationship management database
  • Provide follow-up with prospects and clients
  • Absorb all of InCrowd’s product and sales knowledge, arming yourself with all the intelligence you need to inform and reassure our prospects
  • Identify and pursue new ways to reach specific target markets
  • Work closely with InCrowd Interview’s Subject Matter Expert / Technical Advisor on a daily basis
