General Overview:

This entry-level position has responsibilities in executing the day-to-day duties of Primary Market Research. Along with other members of our research team, you will help execute projects across a variety of life sciences companies utilizing insights generated from key stakeholder groups including physicians, patients, payers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use InCrowd and Apollo’s proprietary technology to program research to desired audience
  • Manage the daily data collection from market research surveys, leading the review and cleaning of research data
  • Aid Sample fulfillment team to complete research fieldwork in US and International markets
  • Ensure compliant market research best practices by participating in required adverse event (AE) training, monitoring and timely reporting of AEs to pharmacovigilance while following strict internal and manufacturer-specific guidelines
  • Ensure appropriate logging and management of internal project management portal for current research projects


Educational / Technical

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or life sciences; advance degree a plus
  • Must be a technophile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint (Mac skills a plus)
