InCrowd is thrilled to welcome Miho Ishimura to our client success team. As Director of Client Services, Miho will help our U.S. clients in the mid-west successfully execute market research projects and overcome unique business challenges.
Miho joins us from market research organization Ipsos/GFK, where she served as Research Director in her most recent role.
During her 15-year tenure, Miho conducted U.S. and global research for clients in a variety of industries that spanned pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device.
Over the years, she has successfully leveraged Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI), and Pen and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) methodologies for ATU studies, concept tests, segmentation, purchase drivers, product development, and forecasting.
Miho also holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in marketing and statistics from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and cultural understanding from Tsuda University in Tokyo.
When she isn’t helping InCrowd clients achieve their goals, Miho is practicing karate or playing piano–a hobby she developed at just 4 years old!
